报告题目:Single-cell Omics Data Related Problem and Method
内容简介: The rapid development of single-cell multi-omics sequencing technology has made it possible to explore cells in multiple dimensions (genes, transcriptions, epigenetics, and even spatial), which has been highly valued by life science research and has posed new challenges to bioinformatics research. In this talk, I will give the related three problems and its methods: (1) Circular trajectory reconstruction tool CIRCLET for cell cycle phases of single cells by considering multiscale features of chromosomal architectures; (2) CytoTalk for de novo construction of cell type–specific signaling networks using single-cell transcriptomic data; (3) Single-cell RNA-seq clustering by integrating pathways.
报告人简介:高琳,女,博士,二级教授,西安电子科技大学计算机科学与技术学院。计算机学会生物信息专委员会副主任,人工智能学会生物信息学与人工生命专业委员会副主任,运筹学会计算生物信息学分会副理事长。西安电子科技大学第八届学术委员会委员。在生物数据分析与挖掘、数据挖掘与机器学习、图论与组合优化算法方面进行了长期研究,承担了国家自然科学基金重点、重大研究计划等项目,参与了科技部精准医疗重点专项,获陕西省自然科学技术一等奖,电子学会自然科学技术二等奖,单细胞环状伪轨迹推断入选2019年中国生物信息学十大算法与工具,在Nature Communications , Science Advances, Advanced Science,Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics, Briefings in Bioinformatics等期刊发表论文100余篇。
